At FAP First Aid, we’re committed to ensuring your certified as quickly as possible and as such we offer same-day certification across all our courses!
As long as you meet the criteria laid out in our terms and conditions, you can gain access to your certificate from our dedicated student portal within 24 hours of completing your course.

Having issues downloading your certificate? Here are solutions to common problems.
No Email Received
Check your spam or junk mail folders. Some email settings cause notifications to be filtered incorrectly.
If not found, contact us with your full name and course date.
Login Problems
Ensure you're using the correct login credentials from your confirmation email.
Use the "Forgot Password" link or contact support for assistance.
Certificate Not Showing
Allow up to 24 hours for processing. Weekend courses may take until the next business day.
If still not visible after 48 hours, contact our support team.

Terms & Conditions
To receive your electronic certificate on the same day, ensure you meet all requirements below.
Requirements for Same-Day Certification
Provide Correct Personal Details
Your full legal name (as shown on your ID) and valid USI number must be provided upon enrolment.
Complete All Course Paperwork
Ensure your full enrolment details and all course documentation is completed accurately.
Payment Arranged in Advance
Full payment must be made or arranged prior to attendance. Keep a copy of your receipt.
Sign Attendance Sheet
Upon arrival at the course, you must sign-in on the official attendance sheet.
Successful Course Completion
You must be deemed competent in all assessment requirements.
Processing & Verification
If any required information has not been supplied or is unable to be verified, we are unable to guarantee your certificate will be provided on the day of the course.
Only once our administration staff can verify all information can your certificate be issued electronically. Be aware this may cause delays to your certificate being issued.
Processing Hours & Exceptions
Unfortunately, same day certificate issuing policy cannot be provided for courses held on Evenings, Saturday, Sunday, or courses that finish outside our South Australian head office processing hours between 9 am and 4 pm (Central Australian Time).
In these instances, certificates will be issued by email on the next available business day.
Paper Certificate Option
If you require a paper copy of your certificate, this incurs an additional charge of $30 (includes postage) and may take up to 21 days to be delivered.
All electronic copies/re-issues of certificates are free of charge.
