This training complements our High Intensity Support Skills courses referenced by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Choking First Aid Course Eligibility & Enrolment
No formal prerequisites are required to participate in this choking training. This course is suitable for both experienced care workers seeking to enhance their skills and those new to the industry. Basic first aid knowledge is helpful but not essential, as the session includes a review of fundamental emergency response principles.
Specialised Choking Course Delivery
This practical choking first aid training and informational session is delivered face-to-face by experienced trainers with extensive backgrounds in care environments. This course can be effectively combined with our HISS NDIS courses, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training, or our CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis course for a comprehensive respiratory emergency response program.
