We were given real-life client situations and had to work out what to do and actually practise it. The trainer also has a lot of real work experience, so the examples felt very real and useful. The office is a bit old and basic, but the training itself was very good. I learned a lot and it was easy to remember because we practised it ourselves. Five stars from me.

Chris was incredibly engaging, and he presented the information in a way that was clear and easy to digest. His teaching style is very welcoming and interactive, keeping everyone involved throughout the session.
