Hi First Aid Pro people. I have been doing First Aid and CPR with First Aid Pro for five years now and have done it with three different instructors. I am happy with the course, the online portal component, the service and the delivery by the instructors. The price is reasonable and booking slots are plenty to choose from. Instructors from the three branches I attended all have different styles yet the delivery is effective and engaging. Some more senior instructors have lots of stories to tell that can be engaging, though I personally prefer just to focus on the content. I had the latest one done with Lisa from First Aid Pro Mawson Lakes. She's lovely and the way she delivers information works really well for me. She is not moving too fast between sections, and repeats the information in the way it sticks. Her pace is just right so we don't feel either rushed or expected to know things in advance. She is gentle and her speech is clear, this works well for diverse background learners. I personally think her style works well for neurodivergent learners, learners with anxiety and fear of expected social interaction. Mawson Lakes branch also offer water and coffee which sounds like nothing but really helpful for early morning class or busy people who forget their water bottle in the car. Mind you we are all busy leading a chaotic life these days. The only shortcoming might be parking, as most branches are located in locations where parking might not be too plenty, yet I don't think there's much can be done about. I also have some difficulty finding where the location is for Mawson Lakes branch as it was my first time there and it is inside a hotel building, without a sign on the street. I suggest one outside the hotel entrance on the pavement will help, as most learners will be in a hurry to get to class on time these days. Other than that, all is great. I love First Aid Pro.
